Friends

Does having friends on this app help? I guess I need to add some. Feel free to add me.

    I never bothered.

Clicking on a button doesn’t make someone a friend.

Unless they offer you a ride to the airport or help you move a sofa, they’re not your friend.

It helps that they support/encourage/cheer you on...It is also nice to chat with them...at least it does for me :)

I've been trying to add a few (feel free to add me), I haven't made use of the community on here. It's nice to have like minded people to encourage each other along the journey, it's a tough go alone. My boyfriend has no weight issues and I don't annoy him with details about my diet - I didn't tell him anything about it at all until I'd lost 5 lbs. I primarily work with men and there's no one to go to for support in attempting to lose some weight. I'm hoping that trying to use all the resources on this will make it a bit easier to stay committed to this journey.

Thanks. That was my thinking, try and use all the features the app offers. So far so good. Good luck.
