Hello Community!
After 2.5 years and 30 lbs struggling with ventricular tacchychardia, it looks like it is finally under control! (Thanks Mayo Clinic).

In the past 6 weeks I have begun walking 4-5 times per week, set carb intake goal to less than 50 per day, drastically reduced my sugar intake (It used to be 27 grams per cup of coffee x 2-3 cups per day) and just signed up with MyFitnessPal today.

At 58 years of age, I am determined to lose this weight, get back in shape and live well in spite of my diagnosis and my love of chocolate! It's been quite the life changing journey these past couple of years, but now I'm choosing to walk it on my terms. I hope you too are finding empowerment to reach your goals!

Have a good day today!
