Passing Goal and Shooting for 10% BF - Looking for Others with Experience

My initial goal was to lose enough weight to fall within a healthy BMI; I'm 5'10" and was once near 205lbs. Beginning March I started ~180lb with a goal of 175-170; I thought once I reached my goal I'd be satisfied. I'm now 165-170 but would like to continue the journey; I'm now aiming for 155lb to be at 10% body fat, at which point I plan to begin bulking. I've been overweight (but not obese) pretty much my entire life, so this is new territory for me.
I've done a lot of research, and I'd like to hear of anyone's personal accounts in similar situations, particularly any struggles/pitfalls to avoid, as well as any success stories, pointers, etc. Thanks in advance!
