Food swap!

Hey guys,
I'm dying to know your food alternatives that make healthier eating even easier.
One swap that I have made is from white rice to cauliflower rice, which is only 68 calories.
What do you recommend?

    By "healthier" I assume you mean calorically less-dense.

    I sub whole grain spicy mustard and/or hot sauce for ketchup & bbq sauce, fruit instead of candy for sweets, and baby carrots w/ spicy mustard over chips for umami/savory satisfaction.

    Same here. I just discovered it recently and love it! I eat it several times a week for lunch with vegetables or Quorn Meatless Pieces.

    Greek yogurt dressings Instead of regular dressing. Spaghetti squash instead of pasta.
