    Eat whatever you like that helps you stay in a calorie deficit for the day/week. It might take some experimentation to determine what keeps you feeling full - some people feel better with a lot of protein, some like carbs.

    My diary is open if you want to see how I do it. I have a lot of snacks and chocolate. :)
