Anyone from CC probably would appreciate a fun survey! Choose rhe very best top 5 foods you have felt best with. I will share mine-
1.) Spinach, Leafy Greens
2.) Fish, white, Sardine, Anchovy
3.) Cruciferous - Broccoli, Cauliflower
4.) Avocado
5.) Sun Warrior Chocolate Plant Protein

5. Bubbly sparkling flavored water (favorite flavors are pineapple and then peach). Once I started drinking flavored sparkling water (unsweetened), it broke a 7 year diet soda habit. Loving the different flavors of the sparkling water and switching has saved me money because I'm not using them as a caffeine source, like I was the soda, so I'm able to drink them in smaller amounts.1 -

1. Bagels - sesame seed favorite right now
2. Peanut butter - including flavored
3. Brussels sprouts - current fav is salt and pepper
4. Chocolate or cookies - one to two servings a day

1. Every veggie and fruit (even some weird ones) except lima beans or most seaweed.
2. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
3. Thick rolled oats.
4. Nuts and nut butters.
5. Craft beer, especially IPA. (Hey, mental health and happiness is important, too!).
But 5 is not enough.0 -
I'm obsessed with:
1. Rice bowls with a bunch of veggies, beans and salsa.
2. Eating lots of veggies often.
3. Afternoon pick me up smoothies with spinach, fruit, cucumber and chocolate almond milk.
4. Quorn pesto cutlets
5. Pinot Grigio
(Probably sounds terrible for anyone who doesn't love veggies)2 -

4) Bulk green vegetables (green beans, cabbage, etc.)

Greek yogurt, string cheese
