I’m starting a 11 week challenge.
The challenge is:
-Eating: Follow your designed meal plan ( stay within your calorie intake/Macros)
-Workout: Stick to whatever workout program you’re doing
-Follow Up: Measure your success every Friday. Choose how you’d like to monitor your progress (Scale, waist line measurement, a smaller size clothing)

-Daily: Check in here on a daily basis and record that you followed your meal plan + workout
-Fridays: Share your progress

Week #1: May 16-May 23
Week#2: May 23- May 30
Week #3: May 30 - June 6
Week#4: June 6 - June 13
Week#5: June 13 - June 20
Week#6: June 20 - June 27
Week#7: June 27 - July 4
Week#8: July 4 - July 11
Week#9: July 11- July 18
Week#10: July 18 - July 25
Week#11: July 25 - August 1
