So, I would like to start doing Keto. Is there a setting on myfitnesspal to help me count macros?

You just have to set your percentages manually. For example, I have mine set at 10% carbs, 60% fat, and 30% protein. This puts me at the correct amount of protein and keeping my carbs less than 50g, and fat just kind of fills in the rest.2

MFP won't calculate your net cars properly so it will seem like you're always going over so you will have to do it manually oruse the "Carb Manager" app that does it all for you.1 -
I set my macros manually. Traditionally you will stay under 20g of carbs, protein would be 1 to 1.2g per lb of lean body mass then fat would be fillers until you hit your desired cals.0
