the small NSVs that make things awesome

well, i have now lost enough weight that i can wear my watch and wedding ring again. i also was able to buy some clothes in the next smaller size and have them fit.

and, I have cheek and collar bones! i noticed for the first time a few days ago, and was shocked to see that i have cheekbones. :)

it's nice to see the numbers on the scale go down, but the kind of stuff like this is what really drives it home for me. i am changing my body, yay!! :)

    I agree. Being able to do moves I couldn't a couple of months ago is also a great NSV.
    I am wearing clothes today I couldn't wear this time last month.

    And feeling in control of my eating is priceless :happy:

    I agree - those NSVs are so much better than any number on the scale.. Congrats on a job well done!!
