Hi I'm relatively new to this and need advice.
How do i best set my activity level.
My day is like this...
1.5hr of cleaning in the morning.
Sit and catch up on work
Then walking/running errands/cooking and cleaning up after my kids.
I probably sit for 4-5 hrs over the whole day.
I swim and power walk 1-3 times per week.
What should I set myself as?

I would set it to active, and log your power walks and swimming 1-3 times as week as exercise. Give it 4-6 weeks and see what your rate of loss over that time averages out to be. If you are happy with it then keep at it, if not your activity level may need to be adjusted up or down.4
