So I've lost about 30 lbs total since I had my son a year ago, I'm currently at 194.8lbs and 5'1 So I need to loose a lot of weight. I'm getting married in October and I've been working out but now I'm really focused on loosing as much as I can. I usually run 2 miles at least 6 days a week and 2 times a week go to zumba for one hour. I also will jump on the elliptical while my son takes a nap just to burn some extra cals.. BUT any advice on what I can do for the best/most results in 58 days??? And I have been eating clean. I also see a trainer 2 times a week if my schedule allows me too. But just seeing if anyone has some good advice, please! :)

I would start lifting some serious weights. You might not lose as much on the scale as a ton of cardio will get you, but you will see better results in size. A trainer is great, but there are great resources out there (NROWLFW, Body for Life, Strong Lifts, etc.) to get going with lifting.

    This.

Eating right (not too little, good nutrition) combined exercise including strength training will get you way better results as far as inches lost than a big calorie deficit and cardio.

I would look to do a strict Keto diet if I wanted to drop fat fast.

I followed 250+Male version when I decided to lose weight and change my eating habits. It's tough first week as your body adjusts but I lost 21lbs in a month so I can't fault it. Will be going back on it soon.

This and this. Also don't set too high of expectations, be realistic. And sometimes having an event in mind to lose weight for is great motivation, but don't let that get in your way of enjoying your special day and remembering why you're getting married.

Edit to add: Please steer clear of fad diets. They may make you weigh less on the scale, but they won't make you look better.
