My cholesterol lab work

I decided to closely monitor my cholesterol markers upon beginning my current fitness, health and wellness journey last 8/31/2018. Some might think my efforts are excessive or unnecessary but this is my approach.
Some interesting outcomes particularly the last results which was my last day of OMAD and abstaining from meat for 45 consecutive days beginning on March 6th and ending the day after my last blood work.
I did eat eggs, though, and some other foods lower in cholesterol.
August 31, 2018 – morning BW of 210.8 lbs.
LDL 131 mg/dL high - 31 mg/dL low – triglycerides 121 mg/dL - total 185 mg/dL
October 31, 2018 – morning BW of 197.0 lbs.
LDL 122 mg/dL high - 36 mg/dL low – triglycerides 77 mg/dL - total 175 mg/dL
November 30, 2018 – morning BW of 190.3 lbs.
LDL 109 mg/dL high - 32 mg/dL low – triglycerides 95 mg/dL - total 160 mg/dL
February 19, 2019 – morning BW of 177.8 lbs.
LDL 109 mg/dL high - 38 mg/dL low – triglycerides 89 mg/dL - total 165 mg/dL
April 18, 2019 – morning BW of 170.2 lbs.
LDL 121 mg/dL high - 43 mg/dL – triglycerides 70 mg/dL - total 178 mg/dL

?? I'm not really seeing any clear trends here, other than for weight loss. Given that you bounced around across the first three readings, I'm not sure what conclusions can be drawn from bouncing around again on the fifth reading.6

Surprising higher HDL, the other fluctuations may not be significant. I have a history of sub 40 HDL and my Mom had low reading.
Nor included in what I shared here but included in a larger write-up elsewhere is that once, several years ago when taking a niacin supplement, my HDL read 69.
I have 19 lab results over 18 years and LDL has been slightly ovet 100 18 times.1 -
Weight loss can make your numbers screwy for a bit, so if you're in the middle of losing weight/eating at a deficit or transitioning from the weight loss phase into maintenance that may be affecting your numbers temporarily. Just something to be aware of.6

Thanks @zeejane4. The “science experiment” is done, I had to get it out of my mental bandwidth.1

You should post all 18 years worth.5

On a different day I will. Need to be at work desktop, too hard on iPhone.
Tracking fasting glucose and more recently thyroid and thyroid antibodies because there’s some recent outlier results.
Other stuff too, I’m a fitness, health and wellness data junkie and can’t help myself. Training journals are overflowing with data.3 -
