Eating burned calories??

Hello everyone! I'm fairly new to mfp and exercising. as I'm beginning to work out more; more calories are being burned, am I supposed to eat back all of the calories that are burned? I looked on YouTube for answers but couldn't seem to find a very solid black and white answer for me. Thanks for the help in advance! 😊

If you are using Myfitness pal to calculate how many caloreis to eat, then YES, it was DESIGNED to eat your exercise calories.
when you put your stats in MFP and select a rate of loss, it gives you the calories to eat already including the deficit for loss WITHOUT any exercise (based on activity level). If you didn't exercise at all this is how much to eat to lose the weight.
if you then exercise you are creating a much larger deficit which is nto a good thing (it means you are under eating which can have huge negative effects).
