👋 my name is Dannielle, I am new here and I am looking for buddies who are motivational and we can offer each other support. Even just regular updaters.

I have finally hit rock bottom and I am at the heaviest I have ever been...I feel unattractive and a bit like a beach whale.

I find comfort in food, a lot. If I’m stressed I eat, If I’m upset I eat, if I’m happy and comfortable I eat 🙈

I have made a decision to follow 5:2 this is 5 days eating at calorie allowance and 2 days fasting with a maximum of 500 calories. This was recommended by my doctor due to me trying lots of other “diets” and falling straight off. They reckon this will be easier to maintain for myself.

I’m not just looking for UK based members 😌 and you don’t have to be following 5:2!
