I'm looking for advice. I prefer to work out at home, and I want to focus on strength training. I'd like to work out 6 days a week. (I just do better when I work out every day) I know it's important to rest, so I'm looking for input on ideas for good workout plans? I have (and love) kettlebells and other free weights, but I have little experience overall with this area of training. I want to build strength and improve flexibility. I love my treadmill for cardio, but I need more! Thoughts?
