I just found this app, looks good so far. Has anyone used it long enough to tell if the auto maintenance calories are pretty accurate?

    varies by person and how accurate they log. but remember MFP gives you the calories based on your input (including activity level) and WITHOUT purposeful exercise (purposeful exercise would be added to your maintenance calories given).
