Hello all, I am trying to lose some weight I put on after a heart attack 6 months ago and the exercise is slowly but surely getting easier. For me the big hurdle is food. I LOVE to eat. If I like it I eat more than I should. I have been sticking to the diet I used to do in high school for wrestling but to be honest I don't know the reality of actually being able to stick with it because one can only eat so many eqq whites, tuna and grapefruit etc. If anyone has some good pointers or resources (websites etc. ) that they could point me too that would be great. I have already been to speak with a nutritionist but unfortunately I'm in the Military and there just isn't enough time for a nutritionist to sit down with me a come up with an actual meal plan. Also, I don't have any friends on here so if you want to hit me up for that I wouldn't be opposed
Thanks!
Steve
Thanks!
