    I may not be able to stay away completely - I love to read about everyones progress and side stories and I also find it very therapeutic to write down my thoughts in a non-"dear diary"-style. The logging food is what stresses me and causes more negative than positive feelings and impacts my mind.

    @Hilogirl2018 I hear ya. When I was "free ranging" my eating I would justify having a treat, now I know I need my nutrients and healthy food because of my long term fasting. It doesn't seem as appetizing and when I do feel the need for a treat it is usually after 8 and I know I can't have anything and am actually choosing water now...all because my fast starts. It's so weird....trying not to eat after 8 has been really hard for me, up until I started fasting....it is as if me needing to stick to my eating clock has disciplined me
