How do I add a food to the date base?

I have a veggie burger that I know that calorie count for, the protein count, the sugar count, the carbohydrate count .... but it is not listed in the data base. I wish to add it. How do I do this for me and others who also might be eating the same item? Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can provide.

Add the name “veggie burger lindashcrade22”. Hopefully there is no one else with your name. Lol. Click on the link at the bottom, “add food to database”.1

Are you using the website or the app (and if the app, which one)? People could give you more specific instructions on where to find the link for creating a database entry if they knew what you were using.2
