Back to it

So, after about 6 months out of the gym and my diet not being too good, I am ready to get back to it. In November, me and my fiance rescued a dog, who needed a lot of training and took up a lot of our time. That, along with work, meant that I didn't have time to work out as I would like to. At least we've been walking a lot haha.
I am now in a position to start again. I plan on starting on SL5x5, which I was my first lifting program. I found it was simple and helped massively with strength gains. I need to lose a bit of weight, but not too much, so plan on a slow loss, maybe more of a recomp.
Looking forward to it and hope to get back to where I was and progressing further.
