Taking Vraylar/Bipolar Meds

Anyone taking Vraylar or any other bipolar meds have problems losing weight? I have been counting and measuring for a month now and I am stuck at the same weight. I haven’t gained but I haven’t lost anything. I workout 6 days a week alternating HIIT and running. Any suggestions??
