Hi everyone, I am Leonora Oropesa a nurse, works a 12 hours shift so exercising & meal time is unpredictable. Juggling work, exercising, a teenage daughter and family time. I am just blessed to have a husband who supports me all the way and understands me. I am a firm believer of it’s better exercising in increments daily so it doesn’t becomes so tedious, and exhausting as CONSISTENCY is the key to FORM a HABIT. Then you would notice you will be adding exercises yourself gradually to up the game. Everyone is a beginner so FOCUS of what you can do and just take care of yourself. Do it with the mindset I deserve a healthy body and to enjoy the benefits of it I have to be accountable of my own health and well being. Don’t be to hard on yourself. See it as if I can love other people, family & friends so I have to start LOVING ME first. ☺️
