Rejoining again with new motivation

Hello! I’m Kelli and for close to 2 months I’ve been working on walking 4-5 times a week. I also rejoined a gym and use it when weather is least favorable. I have a Fitbit that helps me keep track of my steps & such. I haven’t really told anyone my goals. Next year I will be 50 so I want to lose 50lbs & my daughter will be 21 so we want to go Disney World to celebrate! I have osteoarthritis in both knees, one has a bone spur. If I lose weight I will be able to walk comfortably & enjoy my vacation. Some of my other goals are to cut back on sweets, which I have huge sweet tooth. I have turned down a lot, although I do occasionally have ice cream or cookie. Now since I have stayed inline with that, I am trying to incorporate fruits & veggies. I have never been great at eating either so I’m keeping an open mind. Looking for support, ideas/advice, recipes & encouragement to stay motivated. By the way I have lost a few inches in two months, which is awesome in my book!!
