Cross Trainers and Fitness Trackers.

I have a Proform CrossTrainer, and the calories burned discrepancy is absolutely massive. while I know fitness machines tend to overcaculate, it does seem like too much? for example, 15 mins on a cross trainer is 100 calories burned according to apple watch, but on cross trainer 15 mins is 250 calories. It feels like the watch is too low with tracking, but the cross trainer is likely too high. What has everyone else's experience been?

TIA.

FWIW: 1000 calories per hour is an elite level of output for women, and most of us are not elite ;) . 400 calories is around what I'd expect to burn in a quite intense hour spin class. 100 calories for 15 minutes might be a little low, but maybe not crazy low.
