I can’t seem to stay on tack. Hungry all the time.

We would need more information! Are you at your goal weight, are you eating enough calories, are you drinking enough water, are you eating enough unprocessed foods (as you can generally get more quantity of those than the highly processed stuff)?0

What I have found when I find I am hungry all the time is that I have slipped in to eating too much processed food, generally carbs and not enough fiber and protein. If your calorie level is reasonable try eating less fast food and more unrefined foods.6

Do you get plenty of sleep? Have you started a new exercise program?1

If I don't weigh and log my food in maintenance I find that I undereat because I have a real fear of overeating. Maybe go back to weighing and logging?6

Have you experimented with macros? I find that keeping protein up makes a big difference in hunger for me. Ditto @Sharon_C comment. I find that it is east to under eat in maintenance (falling back to losing intake) and then get hungry (and vulnerable to binging)
