Is it normal to weigh more the morning after strength training exercises ? Like a pound or so?

BTW I am new to exercising

Yes, your body can retain water as part of the normal muscle repair process if you are new to exercise. That’s completely expected.

Yes completely normal. It will even out once your body adjusts to to the level of exercise you are giving it.

I did a 4 hour exercise activity on Sunday and then gained 5 pounds in 2 days. I lost 3 pounds of that today. Fluctuations are totally normal, even if annoying.
