Wake up call

I went to renew my drivers license this morning and the picture was a slap in the face. I knew i had gained weight since my last license picture but i had no idea how much until today. My double chin is on full display and my face is very round compared to what it was. I don't even look like the same person. I know i didn't get myself into this situation overnight and it's not going to go away overnight but I'm just very discouraged seeing how bad things have really got.
