Hi! Have been doing keto three months and I think it is possible I have it a wall. Advice is welcome to continue on my journey.

Are you tracking only your carbs, or are you tracking your overall calories?

If the scale hasn't move in two weeks, your calories are probably at maintenance.

"Hit a wall" is a metaphor. It's a confusing metaphor. What makes you think you've experienced something that can be described as hitting a wall?

Oh. I see. McAllen. Different wall.

    We'd need more info

What is your gender, height, and weight?

How much weight have you lost in these 3 months?

What makes you "think" you've hit a wall?

I hit a stall because I wasn't counting calories. I'd seen so much advice saying "You don't need to worry about calories on Keto!" But I started keeping an eye on my calories and keeping in deficit and lo and behold, it kickstarted weight loss again.
