Hey guys! I’ve been dieting for about 5 months now. I’ve completely cut out sodas, I only drink water. I’ve started eating my sandwiches without buns, I rarely eat bread and I count my calories and stuff using this app. I feel like while yes, my diet is working, I want to try something different. I’ve heard a lot of good things but also bad things about the Keto diet. My main concerns are that I heard if you stop the diet, you end up gaining all your weight back plus more... Is this something that you have to be committed to for life? Just looking for some Keto info, recipes, pro’s and con’s, do’s and don’ts and tips. Thanks you guys!

The bolded isn't true unless people start eating back at a surplus, if you simply went from Keto to eating at a deficit or maintenance you will see a rise on the scale from water weight, which is a result of re-introducing carbs.
People who regain fat after doing Keto, are more likely to have regained because Keto wasn't sustainable for them and go back to their old way of eating, at a calorie surplus.
Please do research it before you try it, there are important things to note when switching to a Ketogenic diet, like the need to ensure your electrolytes are not too low (see Keto Flu) and bear in mind weight loss still comes down to a calorie deficit, so you can't just go mad eating all the food.
There's a big drop of weight at the beginning as your body releases water and then it should level out, so don't get put off because the big drops don't continue.
The best thing to do is research it with impartial sources, not the ketovangelists who might have you believe it's a one stop cure for everything, try it for a month or two, see if it seems like a way of eating you can stick to long term and if it works for you, great! if not, perhaps just go back to what you're currently doing, there's no need to put a label on anything, you can tweak your macros to whatever works to help keep you in a calorie deficit.8 -

Well thing is if you stop any diets, you gain the weight back.
you have to give your self adjusting period.
Once you are done dieting, add the calories back 100 calories at a week.1 -
