I lift pretty much daily focusing on one body part a day and spending about 30-45 minutes doing it. I walk everyday averaging about 13,000 steps between work and just doing it on my own.

Depends on the program I feel like following (but try to avoid programs that are more than 5 days a week).
Currently 3 days a week weightlifting. Workout takes me only about 40 minutes. I do go to a quiet gym that it's rare that I have to wait for any equipment, though. Might be longer if I went to a busier big box type gym.0 -
5 times a week @ 2 hours (1 hr weights, 1 hour cardio)0

Depends on the season. Spring/summer will have me walking 2 hours (7 miles) at least 4 times a week. This cuts into my (home) gym routine by half, easy. Fall/winter will have me doing free weights app. 1 hour four times a week.0
