One day challenge! Who's in!

I'm doing the May Apple Watch Challenge and want to max out my points today (one day only!) at 110. That's a lot for me, I usually get 70-80 points a day. Posting here for accountability and ideas! If anyone wants to join me feel free!

My goals are 45 minute HIIT run, 30 minutes yoga, 60 minute power walk, and if I need to I may do a 30 minute swim this evening.

Sometimes when I need extra points I'll run up and down the stairs in my house for 5 minutes so that's an option.

Even if you're not doing apple watch, you can still join in for a one day max effort (tomorrow is my rest/easy day this week). Just post what your plans are and then come back later and update!

    Apparently nobody! :D That's ok, I'll just post my updates for my own accountability. I did the 45 minute interval/not hiit, 30 minutes yoga, did not do the 60 minute powerwalk but may still do the swim. I did get all the possible exercise points I could possibly get though so I'm not sweating it.
