motivation for the newbies

Hello all, just showing progress in an effort to push someone who is just starting to get into all this. This is 147 days into MFP for me and I am down just under 50lbs with minimal working out and basically just following my macros and calories on myfitnesspal. I have a long way to go still but I just felt like this is proof that this app really works if you just are CONSISTENT and DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF. Whats the point? Its just for you and no one else. If you don't put in the correct portions or exactly what you eat you're only hurting yourself, something I used to do til I realized I was only hurting myself and no one else. Just be true in what you type in for food, and stick to the numbers and portions and you will see improvement. STICK WITH IT!! you'll be happy!
