Put bowl on scale and tare to 0. Scoop out yummy edible parts of avocado into bowl, log weight.
Or
Put avocado on scale, make note of weight. Eat avocado. Put peel and pit on scale and note weight. Subtract inedible part weight from total weight to get the weight of what you ate.

What entry do i use. The only avacados (without brand names) are generic.. you cant estimate avocado by size like like you can a 80 cal apple or 105 calories banana0 -
100g for 160 cal seems low...0

Avocados, Raw, California, Usda, 100 g, 167 calories. (I checked against the USDA entry which you can find here: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/09038?fgcd=&manu=&format=&count=&max=25&offset=&sort=default&order=asc&qlookup=avocado+raw&ds=SR&qt=&qp=&qa=&qn=&q=&ing=)
Or more simply search here: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list5
