Why is it that I can eat “healthy” all week to lose a lb, then have a cheat meal...ok, a cheat day and gain 2lbs

Increased amount of carbs which hold onto water as well as higher sodium which causes water retention. Last but not least the actual weight of you food you ate needs to be taken into account as well.3
