Getting Toned

I’ve always been “naturally” average weight. But now that I’m getting more into my 20s I’m realizing I can’t just eat whatever I want and have no consequences! And I have to work out (I also have had a full time job at a DESK where I sit all day for 3 years). Time to change.
So here is to breaking a habit since I was little to eating healthier and hitting the gym. It’s been hard so far. I have cravings for junk food and want to revert to my “who cares I’m young” attitude. I’m 125 currently, 5”4 but goal weight is 113.
