MFP not syncing fitbit

Is there an issue I don’t know about going on?
My Fitbit inspire hr counts my steps accurately, however MyFitnessPal app is not getting them.

I’ve tried logging out and back into both apps and also hard resetting my phone.

Fitbit works fine. Mfp is not counting any steps, at all, since earlier today...

I work nights so it was fine til 8 this morning and then it stopped. Fitbit is getting my calories eaten from mfp but mfp isn't updating and then a little after noon today all my steps disappeared from mfp. The excercise calories are still there though.

I got an email from mfp saying the fixed the problem and the next time fit bit syncs my steps will be there. They are not😕

Try disconnecting and reconnecting it. Sometimes that works.

I’m having same issue. Disconnecting and reconnecting FB did not help nor did uninstalling MFP and reinstalling. Did an upgrade ness up the sync?

Not syncing is the subject of multiple questions in technical support of Community. Pretty sure not just us😁

My steps from this morning finallly came back after uninstalling again but its my steps from 13hrs ago. Nothing updated
