But here I go, because I know I'll get into it after a few minutes. And tomorrow is my rest day so that's what I'll focus on the while time!

    good luck! That's why I recently started waking up extra early to work out before doing anything else. I like getting it out of the way first thing. I have zero motivation later in the afternoon!

    When I don't feel like working out, I'll lay on the floor and stretch.... sometimes that gets me going to do some pilates or yoga while i'm down there.
