I know what i am supposed to do, but lack the desire to do it.
Hello community, I'm Tex and could use a little encouragement.
My down side is i smell food and eat. I see food and eat. I know if I am tracking my food and having a conversation about my tracking I am more likely to stay with it.
I am competitive person when I am with friends.

Trying is a start. Food is my weakness too. Especially during bbq season and holidays. But I had to stick it out on sacrificing some things I love to eat. And that is red meat and sweets and potato chips Ugh. Lol. But most part is I cut back mainly on processed foods. No more McDonalds Lol. I just put more vegetables on my plate. I dont like dieting. You can eat anything you want. You just have to have portion control. But you also have to watch soldium cholesterol sat fats and sugars. Whatever your goal is you can do it. One day at a time. I learning too.0
