Splenda in recipes

Hi. New here. trying to figure out how to use Splenda in my homemade recipes when trying to diary my food. All I can find is numbers for 1 tsp and I have at least one recipe that I use 1 C in. Also, If you have a place for me to learn about using my home made recipes. Thanks for the help.
