So i work out all the time i teach karate i teach boxing and i do the workout while teaching, i go to planet fitness everyday and run two miles daily, I'm in descent shape, but i can't seem to lose love handles, why? I have to assume it's my food intake any ideas on a good healthy diet that doesn't make me miserable? Yes i do like candy and pizza

If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Set up your profile on this app, and it will give you a calorie goal. Log accurately and consistently and hit that goal. You can eat whatever you want, but you should make smart choices so you can stay filled up and healthy. Nothing wrong with pizza and candy every once and awhile, just have it in portions and frequency that fits.
Having said that, there's no guarantee how lean you'll have to get to lose the love handles. The fat will come off where it wants, so patience may be required!

Thank you I've been using the calories app, i am 6'4 I'm averaging out my calories, i do lose weight but it seems to be in my legs and chest never the love handles, I'll be patient2

It seems like the place you want to lose weight the most is the last to see a difference! My stomach was the last place to see a change, and it was super discouraging, but I just kept at it. You’ve got this!2 -

Lower back fat can often be the last to go. You'll have to really lower your body fat %. I'm in the same boat.0 -
Have you tried to feast for 16 hrs? That helped me a lot.1
