So i work out all the time i teach karate i teach boxing and i do the workout while teaching, i go to planet fitness everyday and run two miles daily, I'm in descent shape, but i can't seem to lose love handles, why? I have to assume it's my food intake any ideas on a good healthy diet that doesn't make me miserable? Yes i do like candy and pizza

    Thank you I've been using the calories app, i am 6'4 I'm averaging out my calories, i do lose weight but it seems to be in my legs and chest never the love handles, I'll be patient

    It seems like the place you want to lose weight the most is the last to see a difference! My stomach was the last place to see a change, and it was super discouraging, but I just kept at it. You’ve got this!

    Lower back fat can often be the last to go. You'll have to really lower your body fat %. I'm in the same boat.

    Have you tried to feast for 16 hrs? That helped me a lot.
