Started this a couple of weeks ago and only just realised you can add people on this! I'm 18 and currently weigh 127 pounds (58kg), looking to get down to at least 110 pounds (50kg)... I'm only 5 ft 3 so I think this is a reasonable weight and within a normal BMI (I checked). I play netball and normally train three times a week (hour and a half), plus play a match every week... At the moment the season hasn't begun yet though so I've been just sitting around most the time and eating too much. I have only managed to lose about 6 pounds so far but I hope I'll begin losing weight more quickly once the season begins. So yeah would love to have some friends on here to encourage each other and get healthy together... Add me ????
