Hi Amy! Me, too! Just starting up again, and this time I have got to succeed.
What is your initial game plan? I plan to get a minimum of 5 30min workouts each week and exercise willpower when people bring crap into work as that is a huge issue for me.

Hi gals, feel free to add me. I restarted for the umpteenth time last November. One group that has really kept me accountable is The Biggest Loser.
