App freezing & throwing out

Good Afternoon MFP friends.
I have been using this app for around 10 weeks & it's amazing it's really helped me stay on track with my meal plans more than anything else but recently I have been having lots of problems with the app freezing & throwing me out I have reported this many times but it's still doing the same.i know it isn't my device as my friend is also having the same problem anybody else's the same & if so have you done anything to stop it h
