Hi, I’m Jo. I was doing Weight Watchers but then found out I’m allergic to a lot of foods which was always putting me over my points 🙈

So I’m here trying to get a feel for my new dietary restrictions (no oats, soy, wheat, dairy, turkey, flaxseed, but I can have wine lol) while keeping my calories down

Yesterday I kept it under my maintain calories which was awesome 👏

I work a high stress job (911 dispatch) but I stand for most of my shift because our desks are awesome and I hate sitting. I can totally snack my way through an entire 10 hour shift, which has led me to put on about 20 pounds 😓 That stops today
