Hi! I am new to calorie counting, tracking, weighing food. For the life of me, I can’t figure it out. I feel so stupid lol. Am I supposed to just know the portion sizes/calories/oz or is there somewhere I can type in i ate x food that weighed x oz and get a calorie estimate? For example, mfp said 1/2 cucumber was 9 calories and my sister helped me do the math-it was 50 🤨. I can’t math. Please help me.
