Day 1 For Me

Hi All! I've been a member of this forum for years, however, it's been over 2 1/2 years since I've last posted anything and really logged any food. Over the past year I've struggled with some hormone imbalances and I'm finally getting it straightened out (hopefully). I've also become pretty lazy with my food choices overall. I've have days that are great and then more days lately that aren't so great when it comes to food. I've never had a hard time losing weight before and minus the freshman 15 that I gained and lost I've never really had any issues with weight before. Now I'm hovering at the same weight I was when I went into labor with my youngest son 5 years ago. I need to lose about 30+ lbs to even get me back in the range I'm usually in. I'm hoping for some accountability over the summer as I work towards getting back where I need to be!
