13 Pounds in First Week!

Hi, my name is Dana. I started using the iPhone app and reduced my daily caloric intake by 1,000 calories per day. So, far I've lose 13 pounds. I started at 242 pounds and would like to get down to 150, even though I should be more like 105. Two years ago, I lost 70 pounds eating 800 calories per day following the ADA diet guidelines. This was through my doctor, who also gave me pills to cut my appetite. I'm doing it myself, without the pills this time. I'm also eating closer to 1,000 per day. No exercise so far. I work a long night shift and sleep all day. I only have 3 hours of daytime. But, then I'm off for 7 days. I'll try to exercise then. Write if you need a buddy and think I might fit the bill.

It is good that you are not using pills anymore. Now try to get this right now and for good, so that u don't gain all the weight back after.
