Loose skin?

So I am 215ish pounds atm and I would like to get down to around 150 or so. I know slow weight loss is the key to avoiding loose skin but what should i set weekly goal to? Is 1lb a week reasonable?

    I have to agree with @ceiswyn. Everyone is different. It depends mostly on genetics. I lost a little over 100 lbs and I had alot of loose skin. I had a tummy tuck for my abdomen and the rest is not that bad. Over the first couple of years you will see some of it tighten up so it's probably worth living with it for a bit to see what will happen. I'd had two very large babies so my tummy was not gonna bounce back, lol.

    Lose at a rate you can live with. If that's 1 lb a week there's nothing wrong with that. Eventually as you lose it will drop anyway because you can't drop your calories below 1200 if you want to stay healthy. Good luck.
