Next phase - adding muscle, kicking up my workouts

Hi everyone - I have been on MFP for about a year; took a break in the middle but have been diligent for the last few months.
I work out five days a week, pretty much no matter what. Two heavy strength training days, one additional strength day (circuits/ conditioning), one day of intervals (Nike Training Club) and one Zumba day. I shifted my focus from cardio to strength recently - I do both, but I no longer hang out on the treadmill or elliptical for more than 15 minutes at a time.
Goals right now are to continue to improve my diet - I recently conquered a sweet tooth that was holding me back. I'm looking to increase my protein intake. I am also looking to drop my BF% from 28 to 24. My diary is open to friends. I am also always looking for new, interesting workouts.
I am 32, I have a daughter (she's almost 3) and I work outside the home full time. If you think you have something in common with me, and log diligently, please feel free to add me. Thanks for reading!
