Stomach Issues while running / HIIT Training

Hey everyone!
I wanted to come on here and see if anyone else suffered from IBS-D when running/ HIIT training. I would love to get into running more but as soon as I start to run my stomach starts to contract no matter when/what I eat beforehand. Does anyone have any tips on how to become a better runner while managing the symptoms of IBS?

not ibs specifically but for the runner's trots, many people take things like immodium or pepto. idk for sure if that would help you and your issues, but it's very common
your doctor might be able to make more specialized advice1
